He was able to help us find a new home and sell ours before we bought. That would normally be incredibly stressful, but he made it all go smoothly. We sold our house in a week, and he helped us through it with a lease-back while we found our new home. He was very patient with us and took us to at least a dozen different houses until we found our new home. We are very happy with our experience with Michael and can’t recommend his services enough. He was very patient, which helped us be patient while dealing with the lease back, and we found a much better house than if we had rushed through it. On top of all he did for us, he is also a great guy! We will absolutely use him in the future if needed and give his name whenever someone asks us for a realtor in the Austin area.
